J Dolla managed to get a job at Island Def Jam Records, one of the most prestigious music labels around, and in just three months being an executive assistant, he received A&R credits. A wunderkind in the music industry, J Dolla then established his own record label company. Now he is the CEO of Equalizer Records and he has worked with the biggest names in the music industry, such as Jay-Z, Kanye West, Mariah Carey, Murder Inc., Ludacris, and the list goes on and on!
