    ITP, also referred to as In the Pynk, is a cheeky little phrase meaning "your most optimal state". We are proud to announce the pre-launch of our first product, The Daily Bawse, on Kickstarter. Our mission is to create beauty products that are good for you and good for the world.

    What exactly are clean beauty products? Products that are clean from harmful ingredients and have transparent labeling of ingredients. (Products with natural/organic ingredients can still have harmful chemicals).

    As a brand, we are going 1 step further to ensure that our product is validated clean (not a US requirement), 3rd party tested, and contains sustainable packaging made from contents that are better for the planet than traditional plastic. Where we can’t find immediate solutions, we will align with long-term goals and 2nd life recycling.

    Why is it special? Our pre-launch product is 1st to market, 1st ever verified clean, mineral-tinted SPF serum. This hybrid serum fulfills all your daily needs: hyaluronic acid for moisture retention and PH balance, new moisturizing multi-use technology that can replace your daily moisturizer, non-chemical SPF, and a sheer mineral tint with the perfect amount of a beautiful glow.

    Why Kickstarter? ITP is running a campaign on Kickstarter because all of the verification processing and wear testing to prove that our products are clean costs $$$. We are asking for help to fund our 1st production run so we can launch successfully and prove its validity to future investors.

    Statistically, only 2% of investors fund female-led businesses (tough odds). We want to prove ourselves before pitching and be able to test the market, making sure we bring amazing products to you without sacrificing our brand values.

    The Founder of ITP, Oni Auer, has a background in business development within the fashion industry. "I realized how many harmful chemicals were involved in the process of making clothing that you wear. I started thinking about the products that make their way onto your face!... I made it my new mission to create clean, multi-use products for bawsy humans using innovative clean formulas that don’t yet exist," said Founder and CEO, Oni Auer.

    Meet the team:
    Oni Auer is the Founder and CEO, with over 20 years of experience in creating new brands from the ground up. Most recently, for Under Armor and Adore Me. She specializes in business strategy and sustainable technologies.

    Sharon Alcazar is the VP of Marketing Strategy & Growth Labs with over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales. She is currently a regional marketing manager at a top accounting firm. She specializes in strategic planning and MCM strategy.

    Alysha Kelley is the Senior Director of Engagement & Merch Strategy with over 15 years of experience with a unique background in site merchandising, creative CRM, digital marketing, and email management. She has worked for Walmart as a senior site manager and managed accounts with Amazon, Target, and eBay.

    Kristin Love is the Senior Director of Product and has over 20 years of experience as an inventive designer, dedicated to accessible, inclusive product design. Her previous experience was at Peloton, where she led the launch of active apparel.
