ITON to launch Microsoft-managed operations
ITON launched its business division, Comtech Global, to provide Microsoft cloud services in the Middle East.
- (1888PressRelease) August 01, 2011 - ITON has signed the first Microsoft provider for Oman as a hub to launch its Middle East managed operations.
Comtech Global, the business division of ITON Corporation Oman will handle all services including Microsoft license leasing, deployment and customization services for various products including Active Directory, Exchange, Forefront, SharePoint, Office 2010 as well as Dynamics CRM and ERP.
"This will be a unique service offering providing businesses of all types with cost-effective infrastructure, development and hosting services for Microsoft Business Solutions", said Mehdi Abbas, VP (Sales and Marketing) at ITON.
Inauguration was on June 25, 2011:

Commercially ITON will be built around providing both cloud and on-premise services, reducing capital expenditure associated with hardware, licensing and support. Comtech Global was inaugurated on June 25 at the Grand Hyatt, demonstrating the benefits of managed services from ITON.
