Any Finance System, 15 October 2013. Guest Speaker: Colas
The first of this three-day Purchase-to-Pay automation event is to be kick-started with an expert-led seminar tailored for users of all leading finance systems, including Coda, Agresso, Microsoft Dynamics/Navision and Cedar & Lawson. Industry experts are set to discuss and demonstrate the various processing steps for supplier invoices, including capture, data extraction, validation, invoice cleaning, automated workflows/approvals, and seamless integration for all leading finance systems.
On the day, guest speaker Scott Blackwell, financial accountant for Colas, will discuss his experiences in implementing a Purchase-to-Pay automation project from beginning to end, including the stages of market evaluation. Scott Blackwell says, "I thought of how I am always interested in how other businesses use software, to try and make sure that we get the most out of our investment and to shorten our learning curve by cherry-picking from their ideas and experiences, and now the time has come to give into the process instead of just taking."
