ITC Infotech Successfully Completes Phase I Of DRDOProject

- (1888PressRelease) March 14, 2012 - ITC Infotech, a leading global IT services and solutions company, and a fully owned subsidiary of ITC Ltd., has successfully completed the first phase of PLM implementation for Combat Vehicles Research and Development Establishment (CVRDE), a key laboratory division of DRDO.
The CVRDE PLM implementation is the largest PLM project for DRDO laboratory in India with a user base of 200. The PLM implementation project will involve interacting with 25 different divisions within CVRDE and designing and deploying a harmonious new product development process across CVRDE.

As part of the project, ITC Infotech supplied and installed the hardware including integration with the existing IT network of CVRDE, supply of PTC's Windchill software licenses and implementing PLM solutions as per CVRDE's requirements, thereby helping in the overall research, design and development efforts of the organization.
