Italian Cuisine Website Expands Restaurant Review Section
Great Chicago Italian Recipes is proud to announce the expansion of our "Restaurant Review" section. We welcome food writer and critic Chuck Pecoraro to our team. It's definitely going to be a great partnership.
- Chicago, IL (1888PressRelease) April 17, 2011 - Great Chicago Italian Recipes.com, a website featuring authentic recipes, chefs and other Italian cuisine topics, is expanding with new reviews of Chicago area Italian restaurants, announced site owner Phillip J. Speciale.
Local food writer and dining critic Chuck Pecoraro, who has authored more than 250 such articles for the Italian-American magazine Fra Noi, Chicago Sun-Times, Examiner.com and other publications, has partnered with Speciale to write the reviews.
Only restaurants that meet the website's standards will be considered. The full-page reviews will include photos, recognition for the chef and/or owner and pertinent information about the ambiance, service, value and quality of the food. These will be sponsored reviews which will be informative and insightful for our readers.
"Our purpose is to give site visitors a variety of preferred restaurants to choose from when planning an Italian night out," said Speciale. "In addition to the website, reviews will be posted on Facebook and Twitter,"
