It's Magic When Michael Grandinetti Brings His Original, Large-Scale Illusions To California Theater Tour
Nationally renowned illusionist Michael Grandinetti brings brand new, original illusions including Walking Through Steel, Mid-Air Disappearance, and the Fire Slicer to California when he appears as the closing act in "It's Magic!", an annual theatrical spectacular for the entire family.
- Los Angeles-Long Beach, CA (1888PressRelease) February 05, 2012 - He's read the minds of 40,000 people at Kauffman Stadium, he's escaped from razor sharp steel spikes moving towards him at 50mph on NBC's "The World's Most Dangerous Magic", he's levitated 15ft into the air while surrounded by the playing Pittsburgh Symphony at Heinz Hall, and he's performed for the President of the United States at The White House. And now Michael Grandinetti is bringing his original grand illusions to the Los Angeles area as the closing performer in "It's Magic!", an annual Southern California theatrical spectacular.
Combining cutting-edge original illusions, several of which have never been seen before, with today's hottest music, comedy, romance, and suspense, and wrapping the entire presentation in relatable themes that connect with audiences on a personal level, Michael's performances promise to capture the imaginations of those in attendance. During the shows, theatergoers will witness Michael levitate 10ft into the air, in full light at the front of the stage, melt his body through a wall of solid steel, cause a familiar item to travel back in time, and visibly separate a girl in half, without any covering, as she continues to smile and dance. And, this is just the beginning.
"It's Magic!", a production designed for the entire family that is now in it's 56th year, has become an annual tradition throughout California with each season presenting an all new lineup of the world's top magic and variety performers from Hollywood, Las Vegas, and Europe. The show is produced by Terry Hill & Associates who have been presenting concerts and shows for over 40 years, working with a wide range of performers from Bob Hope and Fred Astaire to Paul McCartney and Michael Jackson.
