IT Pros Select 2013 Leaders for APM/NPM
IT Brand Pulse, a trusted source of data and analysis about IT infrastructure, today announced the results of the 2013 APM/NPM Brand Leader Survey, as voted by IT professionals. Survey respondents were asked which vendors they perceive as the leader in three categories: APM Software, APM/NPM Appliance, and Network Recording and Search Appliance.

• In APM Software, IT pros tapped SolarWinds as the Market, Price, Performance, Reliability, Service & Support and Innovation leader with second place going to IBM (in all categories except Price). Dell was the third Market Leader choice.

Fluke Networks secured the runner-up title in each category while Emulex, through its recent acquisition of Endace, entered the third Market leader position.

The APM/NPM Brand Leader Survey was conducted in September 2013. IT Brand Pulse awards are the symbols for brand leadership because they are voted on by IT pros (not vendor-sponsored).
