ISG technology announced today an additional three year contract award with Indigo Planning. The Outsourcing, Networking and IT Services Specialist will deliver a range of IT Support Services to Indigo Planning that will optimise Indigo Planning's business IT infrastructure, improving their performance, reliability and interconnectivity.
- (1888PressRelease) March 15, 2013 - Over the next three years, ISG technology will provide Indigo Planning's UK offices with a range of IT Outsourcing services, including IT System Support, User Support, Backup Services, Managed Desktop Services and other Bespoke Solutions.
Indigo has grown to become one of the largest independent planning consultancies in the UK with offices in, London, Manchester, Leeds and an associate office in Dublin. Indigo Planning specialises in securing large-scale planning projects throughout the UK with clients ranging from landowners and housebuilders, to public sector bodies, retailers, pension funds and investment banks.
ISG technology has worked with Indigo for over eight years providing a stable and resilient IT infrastructure platform to support Indigo Planning's dynamic business requirements and challenges.
Following the upgrade of Indigo Planning's network infrastructure in 2009, ISG technology received a further instruction from Indigo Planning's Managing Director to plan and execute the upgrade of the IT infrastructure across their four UK offices during June 2010. This project proved successful, therefore Indigo Planning again engaged ISG technology to complete an audit and refresh of their entire desktop hardware and software environment which was completed in 2011.
"ISG technology provided Indigo Planning with a comprehensive plan and a successful execution for upgrading our IT infrastructure. This was a significant investment for the business that required careful planning and sound advice, which we dually received. ISG technology was also flexible to ensure that the upgrade did not cause too much disruption to business operations," said Peter Deakin, IT and Facilities Administrator, Indigo Planning.
