IRS Q2 2011: Radio One Records A Growth Of 17% In Listenership over last year
Radio One has witnessed a 17% growth in listenership during the last year according to the Indian Readership Survey 2011 Q2, while the industry as a whole has declined by 6% (All, 12+).

Radio one is the only player to have consistently shown listener growth from Q2 last year, and has added 103000 listeners in Ahmedabd, Chennai and Pune, while Radio Mirchi has lost 18000 listeners
In the key markets of Mumbai and Bangalore, Radio One's listenership base is 15.39 lacs, which is 54% more than the 10.22 lacs of the other metro player, Fever (All, 12+).
IRS is the only study that gives the radio industry an All-India, and publishes its results every quarter.
