Today's announcement of the Huhtamaki deal in Batavia Township, outside of Cincinnati, marks a cross-state coup for the Semarjian/Lichter team from Industrial Commerce Ltd. and IRG. The Lichter/Semarjian partnership, combining Industrial Realty Group with Industrial Commerce Ltd., has purchased over six million square feet of industrial facilities in the Midwest over the last three weeks.
Last week, IRG announced new Goodyear Global HQ in Akron. Today, it's up to 2,000 jobs at the 4 million square-foot GM Moraine Plant. Soon, IRG will release plans for UPS at Dayton International Airport.
