IOR Appoints Director Of Quality Management; Announces Promotion & Hires
IOR Global Services is pleased to announce management promotions and new additions to its Client Services team.
- (1888PressRelease) August 08, 2014 - Northbrook Illinois - Suzy Leinbach, IOR's Director of Client Services, will oversee additional responsibilities as Director of Quality Management. Suzy was a key member of the team that led IOR's work towards achieving the EuRA Global Quality Seal in early 2014. In her new role as Director of Quality Management, Suzy will supervise IOR's continuous improvement-based business system, the IQ System (IOR Quality System), and ensure IOR is exceeding quality objectives and key performance indicators across all IOR businesses.

"To support the growth of our global mobility business, IOR has expanded its Client Services team. We welcome Irena Lovrinovic and Edyta Pawlus. Irena joined IOR from New World Van Lines, where she worked as a Global Relocation Specialist. Irena is fluent in three languages. Edyta was an International Client Account Manager with the global payroll processing firm Celergo, is bi-lingual and has worked in management positions with several global companies.
In addition, Sarah Caldwell has been promoted to Senior Business Development Director. Sarah has been with IOR since 1997 and has been instrumental in the growth and development of many of IOR's key client relationships.
