IOFI launched its Real Estate Fund and is currently working with a new International Banking Partner. The fund aimed to hit around 25% annually however to date performance is on pace to surpass 37% Annually.

The current round is planned to be immediately followed by a subsequent investment round as our managers selected profitable projects and assessed our market entry that was perfectly timed.
