Investment Trust Company Expands Management Team with Trust and Fiduciary Services Veteran Cynthia Payseur
Payseur Will Bolster Firm's Private Wealth Management Services.

Payseur will be responsible for the administration of estates and personal trusts as well as the management of the company's trust administration group.

Payseur has over 23 years experience as both a trust officer in Denver and an estate planning attorney in Kansas City. She was previously associated with CoBiz Trust and Wells Fargo Bank as a vice president and senior trust officer.
She earned a law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and continues to maintain her license as an estate planning attorney. Payseur also has an accounting degree and is a CPA. She is actively involved in the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, the Estate Planning Council of Southeast Denver and the Centennial Estate Planning Council.
