Mustafa is joining the advanced podiatrist panel of the Family Foot and Leg Center, P.A (FFLC) and will start seeing patients at the Port Charlotte clinic from 20 January 2020. With an extensive knowledge and experience in foot and leg condition and care, Dr. Mustafa will be able to treat such specialized needs with expertise.
Clinical Director of FFLC, Dr. Kevin Lam who is also the pioneer of Collier County surgery says, “Dr. Mustafa who will be seeing patients at FFLC’s Port Charlotte location brings experience in advanced foot and leg surgeries. The podiatrist is specialized in foot/ankle medicine and advanced wound care. These conditions require proper diagnosis and attention, which Dr. Mustafa is quite capable of providing.”
Dr. Mustafa’s vast knowledge and experience in Podiatric medicine and care is accredited to her successful completion of Podiatric Residency from the Chino Valley Medical Center. Also, Dr. Mustafa has pursued Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Western University of Health Sciences. Dr. Mustafa is licensed and certified with Ohio and Florida, DEA license, Healogics Essentials of Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine. She is also the associate member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
Apart from these licensing and certification, Dr. Mustafa has been a faculty at the Grant Medical Center Podiatric Surgical Program, Ohio State Podiatric Surgical Residential Program, and a Clinical Faculty at the Western University of Health Sciences, College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Mustafa also has research and publication experience, co-authoring the book chapter ACFOAM Review Text in Podiatric Orthopedics & Primary Podiatric Medicine.
