What is your organisation doing to enhance helicopter operations?
We work on many upgrade programs for the Czech Air Force (CZAF). Our goal is to keep old platforms updated and purchase a new multirole helicopter platform for CZAF. We have established a military air advisors international training course for the international Air Advisory Team in Afghanistan
What are the key areas for the development of military helicopter units?
• High quality and efficient training
• International cooperation with EU, NATO and PfP partners
• CT fulfilment
• The new technologies and technique procurement
What are the future challenges for helicopter operations in terms of operability and procurement?
• Proper new technology specifications setting in terms of identification the future tasks and missions
• International cooperation in capability development processes
• Dealing with time-consuming acquisition processes
How can networking with different nations improve capabilities?
Sharing information with different nations can help to develop more capable and effective pools of capabilities.
