Ed stated that being the son of a geographer meant traveling the world from an early age. Counting up primary schools he got to eight scattered around Australia and the UK. Finally back in the UK Ed attended a secondary school before going to Merchant Navy college to learn the art of sea-going electronics.
Talking about his experience in mergers and acquisitions, Ed said that as his career progressed he became concerned with the human elements of such business activities and deepened his research on the subject matter.
