International Greenhouse Company Donates Greenhouse to Northeast Elementary Magnet School
Danville, IL based International Greenhouse Company, which operates Greenhouse Megastore, a leading supplier of commercial and hobby greenhouses, donated an 18' by 24' greenhouse to local Northeast Elementary Magnet School in Danville.

However, Greenhouse Megastore expects that this donation will not be limited to academic benefits, but will also contribute to a better understanding of health and food. Because childhood obesity is increasingly becoming a problem, the positioning of these irreplaceable lessons in an elementary school could not be more apt. The children of Northeast Elementary will be able to apply what they learn in their school greenhouse to their own homes or gardens. By growing vegetables at home, students will be able to contribute to the healthy choices of their family.
