International Advanced Healing Group Receives ISIN
International Advanced Healing Group has received its International Securities Identification Number (ISIN), which will enable shareholders to better track their stock.
- (1888PressRelease) May 15, 2014 - IAHG [International Advanced Healing Group, Ltd.], the Singapore-based wound management technology group, is pleased to announce that it has received its ISIN (International Securities Identification Number) which will enable private shareholders with the ability to track their holdings in the company's stock.
The news comes after an application made in October 2013 was delayed by a technicality, which has since been resolved. Since the application, International Advanced Healing Group, along with its wholly owned US-based subsidiary AHI (Advanced Health Institute, Inc.), has entered into a strategic alliance with Medistar, Inc. to jointly promote sales of its leading wound management product, TruHeal in several key regions.
IAHG's Peter Schilling said, "The receipt of our ISIN is not a precursor to an initial public offering. It's just an additional tool for our esteemed shareholders to use to better track their stock in IAHG. We are far too busy concentrating on the proliferation and market penetration of our HOOP product and Advanced Health Institute's TruHeal system to be concerned with committing valuable resources and time to the upheaval that would undoubtedly be caused in the course of going public."
The company has been busy meeting with various bodies and groups and presenting at events that stand to benefit from implementation of the HOOP software system and the TruHeal product including American Indian business groups, Veterans' Associations and Trade fairs.
