In this newly created role, Tom will serve as a member of the company’s executive team, responsible for developing new business and enabling customers to accomplish the objectives of both their business strategy and IT investment. Tom will also have delivery side duties, including IT strategy consulting and project management. Tom’s initial focus will be retail technology, leveraging 30 years of experience in both consulting and corporate roles leading major IT transformation initiatives implementing ERP solutions from JDA / Blue Yonder (MMS – Merchandise Management System) and Oracle (RMS - Retail Management System).
Prior to joining Integrative Systems, Tom held dual roles in application development and program management for Follett College Bookstores, implementing critical strategic capability for ERP, Point-of-Sale, Business Intelligence, Omni-Channel system integration, ecommerce Order Management / Fulfillment, Predictive Analytics / Replenishment, and Financial / Assortment Planning, all using IBM iSeries as the transaction engine and data hub. Tom also led .NET agile / custom development for all system functionality to manage the unique needs of the textbook business.

Tom’s consulting experience includes senior management positions with Deloitte, LakeWest Group, and PriceWaterhouse Coopers, where he led Merchandising ERP package selection and implementation engagements for over a dozen Tier One retailers. More recently Tom managed the merger of multiple software applications following an acquisition by a major distribution company, and led system selection, ERP integration, Assortment Planning, and Price Management initiatives for major retailers.
