Integrated Business Systems Gets a New Home and a New Look
Real Estate Technology Firm Relocates to Totowa, N.J., and Introduces New Logo.
- New York, NY (1888PressRelease) October 12, 2010 - Property management and accounting systems provider Integrated Business Systems (IBS) has a new home and a new look this fall. The technology firm has relocated and expanded its headquarters to 999 Riverview Drive in Mack-Cali Commercenter in Totowa and introduced a new logo for its 31-year-old brand.
IBS serves more than 100 prominent commercial and residential real estate owners, developers and property managers. Its software addresses virtually all property management, accounting and construction management tasks. The firm is well known for its superior product and unparalleled service.
IBS' new, 11,000-square-foot office at 999 Riverview Drive represents an expansion for the company, which had been located in nearby Fairfield, N.J., for the past 15 years. During that time, the firm grew significantly, resulting in its occupying three non-contiguous locations in its former building.
According to IBS President David Yavorsky, the new space affords a seamless operation - a critical step as the company positions itself for the future. James J. Scancarella, a principal with CresaPartners, represented IBS in its lease negotiations at 999 Riverview Drive, which IBS ultimately selected from a pool of 15 properties proximate to its Fairfield office.
"Not only is 999 Riverview Drive a step up in terms of image, it has enabled us to retool our operation to focus on efficiency and quality of life as we move forward as a company," Yavorsky said. "Having the entire staff in one space designed to promote communication flow is extremely valuable, and the additional square footage provides us with room to grow."
Yavorsky noted that Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, a long-time IBS client, showed impeccable service and responsiveness during the process of leasing and building out the new office. "While our relationship spans decades, this is the first time that we have worked with Mack-Cali as a landlord," he noted. "We have been nothing but impressed, especially with Keith Dolan, who managed our fit-out and kept everything on track, on time and on budget."
Simultaneous to the move, IBS has introduced a new corporate logo, which combines updated graphics with elements from the original. "With the move, we have enhanced our operation, and the timing seemed right to recommit the IBS brand with a logo that conveys a modern, technological image but also ties to our established legacy of quality," said Mike Mullin, vice president of sales and marketing. "The new look reflects the growth strategy of the company - an ongoing, cutting-edge evolution that builds on the incredible strength of our foundation."
Founded in 1979, the IBS product reflects several generations of development and experience, as well as the team's deep and thorough understanding of the real estate business. IBS has evolved to keep pace with the industry and changing technology.
To this end, the firm's pioneering IBS 10.0i is a browser-based version of the traditional IBS system. The product can be run as an Intranet within a firewall and corporate network, or over the Internet via an Application Service Provider (ASP) model. It integrates with dozens of popular third-party software products.
