Last Saturday, October 20, 2012, the radio show of Traci S. Campbell focused on the health of their listeners particularly on their diet, hair and mind. Chef Dave Choi also shared his knowledge about the importance of embracing a plant-based diet to improve the health and mind sets of people. Chef Choi is a popular personality who devoted his life in educating the masses including celebrities, politicians, athletes and more about the best diet.

On their Beauty In/Beauty Out segment, they also introduced Oscar Hines, the senior vice president of Silkology Hair Health Systems. He is a proud sponsor of the Beauty In/Beauty Out Tour as well as the C.H.A.M.P. Community Project nonprofit organization. Oscar Hines provided some information on how to have a healthy hair.

Traci S. Campbell is a certified Life Coach and Motivational Speaker and also the CEO of YOUphany Media, LLC. She launched two initiatives that will target single parents, women and teenagers to help them have better lives: The C.H.A.M.P. Within Program and the Beauty In/Beauty Out Tour.

The C.H.A.M.P. Within Program is a 5 week long program that combines different practical tools like journaling and personal development activities with different concepts like visualization, mediation and affirmations. This is the program used by various organizations like YMCA in Chicago as well as schools in Nairobi, Kenya to help serve the teens and their parents. It is also said to be used to help adults overcome their mental and emotional challenges and to help them build a better life blueprint.

On the other hand, the Beauty In/Beauty Out Tour focuses on the out inner and outer beauty. It provides outer beauty advice and education together with inner beauty concepts and practices. This tour can provide a total beauty education to women leaving them with a better look on the inside out.

Also, through the use of the C.H.A.M.P. Within Program, an organization known as C.H.A.M.P. Community Project was established to educate and empower the teens and single parents. This is a free program given to the participants and it requires support from various sponsors and donors to help the organization in providing the workbooks needed by the participants.

All these programs together with the radio show "Inside Out LIVE! with Traci S. Campbell" are made to help single parents, teens and women overcome the obstacles in their lives and live a full and happy life.
