    Mike Roman is a Marketing Strategist whose specialties include digital marketing. Besides his role as a Board Member at Inroads, Mr. Roman serves as a Marketing Director at Franklin Templeton, where he promotes cross-border fixed income marketing investment solutions. Mr. Roman holds an MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a BA in Economics from the University at Albany. He resides with his family in Cranford, NJ.

    Celebrating its 65th year, Inroads to Opportunities is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), an approved provider of the NJ Department of Labor, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services, and Commission of the Blind and Visually Impaired. Inroads is licensed by the State of New Jersey Department of Human Services, NJ Division of Mental Health, and Addiction Services to provide partial care and the Division of Developmental Disabilities to provide Day Habilitation, Pre-Vocational and Transportation Services. Inroads is an approved Medicaid provider and an approved Employment Network under the Ticket to Work Social Security initiative and an approved Benefits Planning and Counseling Service through the NJ Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services.
