InQuira Platform now SAP-endorsed business solutions
InQuira Platform Integrated with SAP® Solutions Optimises the Customer Experience, Increases Contact Center Agent Productivity, and Integrates Social Communities.
- (1888PressRelease) February 16, 2011 - InQuira, Inc., the leading provider of enterprise knowledge solutions for Web self-service support, contact center support and social communities, today announced that its InQuira Platform is now an SAP-endorsed business solution.
Comprised of contact center knowledge, integrated social forums, and Web self-service software, the InQuira Platform endorsed by SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) is complementary to SAP® software offerings, developed in accordance with SAP development guidelines, and provides additional choices and flexibility for businesses running SAP applications. InQuira worked closely with SAP to deliver out-of-the-box integration between InQuira Platform and the SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) application, which can eliminate the need for custom integration. As part of the agreement between InQuira and SAP, both companies will share technology and product roadmaps.
SAP's endorsement of InQuira Platform provides further validation of our market-leading knowledge management solution that builds on the experience and business insight that organisations have already gained from the use of SAP CRM," said Mike Murphy, CEO of InQuira. "While the initial integration is focused on SAP CRM, the InQuira Platform also has broad applicability for improving the end-to-end customer engagement lifecycle through integration with SAP Business Suite software."
With this endorsement, InQuira brings its Inquira Platform, which includes knowledge management solutions, to users of SAP applications. By leveraging the power of InQuira Platform integrated directly with SAP CRM, customers can have real-time advice and accurate answers for every service interaction. This powerful new solution is designed to cut research time in half, while improving key interaction center metrics such as call handling time and first-contact resolution.
"By endorsing solutions such as InQuira Platform, SAP continues to build its ecosystem, support our customers' businesses, drive new levels of collaboration, and provide additional choices and flexibility to our customers," said Jujhar Singh, senior vice president, CRM Product Management and Global Strategy, SAP. "The use of the endorsed solution from InQuira with SAP solutions will enable our customers to improve productivity and increase customer satisfaction while lowering total cost of ownership."
