Industry Leader Acoustical Solutions, Inc. Releases Trade Show List for 2012 (12-28-2011)
RICHMOND, VA (December 28, 2011) - Acoustical Solutions, Inc., noise control and soundproofing supplier, recently released their 2012 schedule of trade shows. The list includes three events that the company is new to, as well as an international trade show.
- (1888PressRelease) December 29, 2011 - "This year we are able to change things up and go to new fairs and shows because of the work we did in 2011," said Sales Manager David Ingersoll, "we are still going to the standard industry trade shows, but there are more conventions whose markets we cater to now".
Some of the new shows that Ingersoll is referring to are FenceTech in Miami, the GSA Expo in San Antonio, as well as GreenBuild in San Francisco.
2011 was a banner year for the development of Acoustical Solutions' outdoor noise control product lines including the Acousticrete and Acoustiwood walls and fences. "We did really well with the promotion and sale of new outdoor products, which is why this year we are participating in FenceTech". FenceTech 2012 is the largest Fence, Deck, Railing and Security show in North America with over 250 exhibitors annually.
Another notable accomplishment for the company in the past year was the obtaining of a GSA contract, which enables ASI to sell more easily to government agencies. The GSA Expo is a three-day event in San Antonio during which government employees attend acquisition trainings and learn about products and services that GSA contract holders offer.
Lastly, Acoustical Solutions continues to expand their line of more environmentally friendly and recycled products, including those that are approved for LEED construction projects. ASI will be showing off these items at one of the most popular 'green' conventions, GreenBuild 2012.
Beyond products and services, the company has also expanded its business operations geographically. This is not the first year that Acoustical Solutions, Inc. is attending the Palme International trade event in Dubai, but it is part of their overall effort to establish a stronger presence abroad.
Trade shows such as infoComm International, National Association of Broadcasters and Audio Engineering Society are acoustics industry standards where Acoustical Solutions is a seasoned exhibitor: "we will be showing our most popular interior and architectural finishes there, but we are also trying to showcase our newer products, like the AcoustiArt sound absorbing panels," said Aaron Duncan, architectural sales rep, "that is a product that has done really well in recent months that we would like to sell more of".
