Biswajit was bestowed with Basanta Ganguly Award from the Government College of Art & Craft, Kolkata in 2006. He also received prestigious Suhash Roy Award from Prafulla Dahanukar Art Foundation in 2015 and Certificate of Excellence from artavita.com in 2015.
