iPHEX 2013 organised by Pharmexcil to witness a seminar with IDMA on 24-25 April 2013 held in Mumbai.
- (1888PressRelease) April 05, 2013 - Mumbai, - The Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India (Pharmexcil) is organising a three days exhibition iPHEX 2013, India's own pharmaceutical show with the support of Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Commerce, Government of India. iPHEX 2013 will witness for two days special seminar on 'India: Destination of Choice for Quality Medicines' on 24th -25th April 2013 at Convention Hall, Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon East, Mumbai.
iPHEX 2013 to be held in Mumbai from 24-26 April 2013 will witness a participation of over 250 companies including leading Indian companies like Aurobindo Ranbaxy, IPCA, Mankind ACG Worldwide, Ind-Swift, Indoco, Lupin, Troikaa, Mylan Laboratories, Zydus Cadila to mention a few, will showcase the best of pharma products. The highlight of the exhibition will be 'free for all' seminar for two days on 'India: Destination of Choice for Quality Medicines' organised by Indian Drug Manufacturers' Association (IDMA) and Pharmexcil.
The first day of the seminar will observe a welcome address by Mr M U Doshi, President, IDMA followed by a panel discussion on 'India: Destination of Choice for Quality Medicines and hassle free exports' with Mr Smitesh Shah, CMD, Calyx Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Dr Milind Joshi, President, Global Regulatory Mgmt., J.B. Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Dr Ajit Dangi, President & CEO, Danssen Consultin, Mr Amit Backliwal, General Manager, South Asia, IM, Mr A K Jain, Joint Managing Director, IPCA Laboratories Ltd, Dr Raja Smarta, Managing Director, Interlink Marketing Consulting and Head of Transactions and Restructuring from KPMG India Pvt. Ltd. along with Mr Utkarsh Palnitkar (Moderator).
Second day will observe a learning experience with industry experts like presentation on 'Pharma branding' by Mr Sudarshan Jain, MD, Healthcare Solutions, Abbott Healthcare Pvt Ltd., presentation on 'Success Stories of Indian companies in Exports' by Mr Sriram Shrinivasan, Partner, Life Sciences, Accenture Indi, presentation on 'Biosimilars - 'Look before you Leap' by Dr M K Sahib, Director, Genomics & Biotechnology, Wockhardt Research Centre and concluding with presentation on 'Financing Pharma Exports'.
iPHEX 2013 will be a complete value chain show and Pharmexcil is creating a sustainable pharma industry platform with a special focus on exports market development. Senior Officers from Central and State Drug Control Department are invited for presenting Indian Pharma Regulatory Standards.
