- (1888PressRelease) April 06, 2018 - The third edition of India Cake Festival 2018 will be hosted by Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel Management (SRIHM) and EnQuo ExperientialCommunications on 23rd and 24th March, 2018 in Mumbai.
A Cake complements every occasion and indulgence – birthday, anniversary, wedding, baby shower, festivals and more. There is an array of flavours from simple to exotic, new techniques, design, and styling which has evolved in cake making.
At the ICF 2018, baking enthusiasts from across Mumbai & other cities including students, home bakers, professionals all come together to showcase their skills and learn of the new trends in cake making in the two-day conclave which is being hosted at the SRIHM Institute in Bandra.
You will get to taste quite a few varieties of cakes, and might even have a few favorites amongst those from Indian fusion cakes, healthy treats, French dessert, chocolate garnishes, eggless bakes, eggless verrines, healthy treats, pastries and more.
Students of other prominent hospitality and hotel management institutes will be seen participating in a competition. The theme for this year’s competition is ‘Destination’, where participants will be required to create interesting decors based on different destinations. There is yet another competition which is open for individual home bakers to participate in. Also, there are free workshops conducted over 2 days by industry stalwarts.

At the ICF 2018, visitors will be kept engaged with some fun activities, a Cake Flea market offering a delectable array of the yummy cakes and accompaniments, Meet and Greet with Celebrity chefs, Cake bake-off, Kids workshops and finally the award distribution ceremony will sum up an exciting two day at the ICF 2018.
