Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of New Jersey to Host First Big 'I' Technology Day
IIABNJ will host their first Big "I" Technology Day on November 8th. The event, expecting agents state-wide, will provide information and training on keeping up with technology.
- (1888PressRelease) November 03, 2011 - The Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New Jersey (IIABNJ) will host their first Big 'I' Technology Day on November 8th at the Hilton Woodbridge in Iselin, NJ. The event is expected to attract independent insurance agents from all throughout the state.
"Technology has proven to be one of the greatest challenges that most businesses face today," said Sheri Acconzo, IIABNJ president. "It's no different for independent insurance agents. Our members have indicated that keeping up with technology tops their list of training requests. We created this event to meet those needs."
The event will commence at 8:30 a.m. with breakfast and a general session presented by keynote speaker Steve Anderson. Anderson, the insurance industry's leading expert in technology, productivity and profits, will speak candidly to agents on how to manage Errors & Omissions Exposures in a 24/7 World. The event will continue with topics relevant to the insurance industry, such as Client Information Security and Cyber Insurance, and also delve into valuable business topics including Social Media Strategies and Technology Tools. Breakout sessions will run concurrently and attendees will have the option to select the topic that most meets their agency's needs. The event will conclude at 3 p.m.
Registration will be open until the morning of the event and agency owners, producers, and customer service staff are encouraged to participate.
