Gallen is the new Director of Business Development and will be leading Indeck's teams for both new boiler sales as well as rentals throughout the United States and Canada. McNicholas will oversee the Latin and South American Markets for new and used boilers sales as International Sales Manager.

Gallen brings over 18 years of experience in sales within the power generation industry. In his early days, Gallen was a successful Manufacturer's Representative in the Midwest for Zurn, Aalborg and Indeck. Over the span of his career, Gallen held a number of positions with industry leading companies where he led the charge on numerous, significant Capex projects in the power and industrial sectors.
