Inc. Magazine Names Lasalle Network To "Top 50 Best Workplaces" List
National Staffing, Recruiting Firm Named Top 50 Companies to Work for in America by Inc. Magazine for 2016.

Magazine on its first-ever "Best Workplaces" list honoring the top 50 companies in the country for company culture and employee engagement. LaSalle Network is the only Illinois-based staffing and recruiting firm on the list.

Working with Quantum Workplace, Inc.'s list represents America's top 50 companies that deploy state-of-the-art techniques to keep their staff happy and productive, and is a magnifying glass on how innovative companies can truly raise the bar in hiring and keeping the best talent.
LaSalle Network has been named to Inc. Magazine's "Inc. 500/5000 Fastest-Growing Privately Held Companies in America" list for past last nine consecutive years, achieving year-over-year organic revenue growth since inception in 1998. LaSalle also has among the highest retention rates in the staffing industry, with less than five percent voluntary turnover and a 97 percent employee engagement rate, compared to national averages of 33 percent.

The 2016 Inc. Best Workplaces Awards assessed applicants on a collection of multiple choice, scaled, and open-ended items. Core components of the scoring include company practices around management, employee recognition, performance communication, benefits, and other elements of the employee experience. To qualify, companies had to be U.S.-based, privately held, and independent. Companies had to be in business at least three years and have a full-time employee count ranging between 5 and 500.
Winners will be announced on Inc.com Wednesday, May 25, 2016 and featured in the June 2016 issue.
