Washington, DC-MD-VA-WV (1888PressRelease) September 30, 2016 - Dedicated to the success of women corporate counsel at the highest levels of our nation's most prestigious corporations, the Women's In-House Counsel Leadership Institute (WHICL) announced the recipients of its first-ever Horizon Awards. The inaugural awards ceremony will feature four individual awards designed to recognize key success areas of impact: mentoring, advocacy, networking, and role models. The inaugural awards celebration will take place Wednesday, October 5 at the historic Andrew Mellon Auditorium in Washington, D.C.

"Women corporate counsel are on the verge of making historic strides in breaking through the barriers to take over general counsel positions.
