IN Group Events to Host Its First Diwali Event on the Hornblower Hybrid Ship
IN Group events invites you to Diwali, The Festival of Lights on board a cruise around the Hudson River.

Light the Night is the first of its kind Diwali event, where guests will set sail on a premiere ship, the Hornblower Hybrid, for a cruise with private fireworks along the Hudson River, from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm on Saturday, October 20, 2012.
The festival of Diwali ushers in the New Year and people celebrate by dressing up in new clothes, lighting fireworks and sharing food and sweets.
IN Group's exclusive Light the Night Diwali cruise will leave from Pier 40, 353 West Street in Manhattan, New York. In addition to a delicious array of Indian food, catered by Bukhara, there will be a premium open bar, tarot card readers and astrologers. DJ Deepu will spin tunes throughout the night and there will also be authentic Indian drums (dhol) played by Dholi Nik. The evening will end with private fireworks.

"The event has attracted attention both locally and from the Tri-State area. We are expecting more than 300 people to attend," adds Hardas.
Like other IN Group events, Light the Night promises to celebrate an ancient tradition in a fun and modern way.
IN Group is best known for Rang Barse - an annual event celebrating Holi, the Indian festival of color that welcomes Spring with dance, food and music. The event is sold out every year.
Please note: We ask that all ticket-holders arrive promptly at 6:45 pm for registration. The ship will depart at 7:30 PM. This is an exclusive event with a limited number of tickets. Tickets are $125 per person.
