IMS NOIDA holds Media fest "Varchasva 2012"

The Second Day of the Inter College fest "Varchasva 2012" in Institute of Management Studies Noida, started with news reporting competition.
About 150 students of IMS Ghaziabad, Makhanlal Chaturvedi Vishwa Vidhyalay, Moscomedia Institute, Purple Rose Art and Media Academy, Jagan Institute, Nims, Sadhna Institute and many colleges of media participated in the fest.
Rohit Pandey won the First and Prashant Shukla won the Second prize in news writing competition.
First prize in Page layout competition goes to Arun Tyagi and second prize to Mohit Bansal.
In Debate competition first prize won by Aman and second prize by Alpana.
At the end Mr and Miss Smart Journalist competition was held. Amit Yadav and Aprova Pradhan were announced Mr and Miss Smart Journalist of Varchasva 2012.
Punit Tripathy from IBN 7, Amit Shukla from CNNIBN with Om Praksh Mishra from Indian Express were amongst the judges of the competition.
Dr A.K Shrivastav Director IMS Noida gave trophies to the winners and congratulates them.
The event was coordinated by Dr Vinita Gupta.
