IMC-Jordan Strikes Strategic Logistics Agreements
The Institute of Management Consultants and Trainers IMC-Jordan signed a logistic collaboration agreement with Dahlan Travel and Tours, according to which Dahlan undertakes the logistic preparations to assist IMC-Jordan in hosting the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes ICMCI 2010 Annual Conference slated next September.
- (1888PressRelease) July 19, 2010 - The conference, under which members of ICMCI from 48 different countries will meet, aims at discussing the global financial situation and the extent to which it affects the consulting management sector, forging a roadmap and a working method for consultants.
The chairman of the Board of Directors Dr. Hamdalla Mubarak said: "organizing an event this size, and hosting more than 100 participants from 48 eastern and western countries requires an ample amount of preparation, while cooperating with specialized, experienced and professional facilitators."
Dr. Mubarak emphasized on the necessity for Arab consultants to utilize this event to consolidate their efforts, bringing the best international practices on the table, according to the current and future needs of the sector.
On a different level, simultaneously, IMC - Jordan signed a collaboration agreement with BC Grafix, by which the later designs and develops all the printing, advertising, and electronic material concerning the conference.
IMC - Jordan Executive Director, Reema Nasser said: "this agreement, and all previous ones, fall under IMC's technical preparations which will facilitate the tasks of the ICMCI ExCom in running the 2010 Annual Conference, and guarantee smoothness of procedures for all participants."
Nasser added: "IMC - Jordan has appointed several objectives for this elite meeting, most importantly strengthening collaboration and integration between participants, in addition to preparing a suitable atmosphere for future regional and strategic cooperation that will assist members in offering enhanced and comprehensive services."
It is worth mentioning that IMC - Jordan is the only ICMCI member in the MENA region. They offer various activities, including qualifying and training programs, upgrading the management consulting and training professions, training of management consultants, define standards and regulations, and create a members database.
