imail Wins Major NHS Contract
UK Mail's innovative hybrid mailing service, imail, has won the contract for printing and mail fulfilment for the NHS in Hampshire.
- (1888PressRelease) November 05, 2012 - Birmingham, United Kingdom - imail and the Hampshire PCT's FHS support service (Hampshire & Isle of Wight PPSA) have agreed a two year contract with the extension of up to another two years also available.
The four PCTs who work with over 500 local NHS partners and are responsible for investing in healthcare services for the local community, rely on a cost-effective and efficient mailing service. imail, hybrid mailing specialists, underwent a challenging tender process provided from GPS - Government Procurement Services - and were shortlisted to the top three. After presenting to key stakeholders and successfully completing the tender process, imail were awarded the contract.

The two year agreement will see imail using the latest technology to produce, print, proof and post letters, insert screening leaflets and any other forms of communications from Hampshire & Isle of Wight PPSA, amounting to approximately 500 thousand pieces of correspondence each year.
