Long-time friends Victoria, Zenobia, Clevon, and Phil have grown into their separate lives, but they have still arrived at the same crossroads. They are all approaching their mid-thirties, and each are struggling to build a family. While Zenobia (Nicole Ari Parker, Soul Food, Brown Sugar) is still looking for the perfect man, Victoria (Tamala Jones, "Castle", One on One) is married to a younger man who doesn't want children. Clevon (Kevin Hart, Not Easily Broken, 40 Year-Old Virgin), shy and inexperienced, still dreams of the perfect woman, and Phil's (Keith Robinson, Dreamgirls) wife is more interested in partying than parenting.
