IIHS And TiE Cleantech Sig Announce 'Sustainable Apartments'
A half day event focusing on solutions to help apartment associations address rising energy costs.
- (1888PressRelease) September 20, 2013 - Indian Institute for Human Settlements (IIHS), a national education institution, in association with The Indus Entrepreneurs CleanTech Special Interest Group (TiE CleanTech SIG) has announced an event called 'Sustainable Apartments' to be held on September 21st, 2013. The event aims to highlight how apartment associations in the city can source and manage energy much better to help address rising energy costs.
The event will provide a bird's-eye view of multiple options along with their costs and effectiveness to cutting the energy bill in apartment complexes. It will also throw light on subsidy and financing of alternative energy like rooftop solar. The event will be relevant for members of association management, task force looking at controlling costs and entrepreneurs from the renewal energy space.
The event 'Sustainable Apartments' is part of a year long series of events called 'Sustainable City' by IIHS and TiE CleanTech SIG.
