- (1888PressRelease) May 12, 2011 - iGoDigital, the market and technology leader in personalized product recommendations and guided selling tools, announces Brian Rowe, vice president of client services, will be participating in a panel discussion at 2011 LENSER Multichannel Marketing Summit. The workshop entitled "Investing in the Right Technology" will take place May 11, from 3:00-3:45 p.m. at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, Illinois. Joining Rowe on the panel will be Dr. Nanda Kaushik, CTO, Kalio; Mark Pierce, CEO, MarketLive; Peter Oxley, CEO and co-founder, RewardStream; and Blake Ellis, founding partner, CommerceV3. In addition to speaking at the LENSER Summit, iGoDigital will showcase the company's solutions at booth #11.
Used by many of the largest online retailers, iGoDigital's personalized product recommendation software exposes customers to relevant and desirable products at multiple interaction points during the shopping process. The platform analyzes individual shopper behavior, the wisdom of the crowds, and individual product attributes to show the most relevant products, in real-time, to each shopper. Because each tool is powered by iGoDigital's Customer Intelligence Engine, retailers can leverage their investment across multiple personalization solutions.
Technology is the core to any multichannel business. These investments can be daunting especially as the need for spending initiatives increase. The panel session will examine how knowing how much to allocate for technology investments and which technologies are likely to provide the biggest, fastest and longest-lasting returns is critical.
In its seventh year, the 2011 LENSER Summit is themed The Winds of Change: Profiting from the New Consumer and Evolving Media. The 2011 Summit is an educational event for those who combine catalog, ecommerce and other media to reach consumers and other businesses. Attendees will learn how the consumer is changing and how they must adapt marketing programs to maximize sales. The event will explore advanced circulation management and database practices to better target catalog mailings, as well as examine the latest techniques of social and mobile marketing. The agenda is packed with dynamic speakers and information that businesses must know to be successful in our rapidly changing marketplace.
