In this role, he will oversee a team of professionals who handle the company's e-Discovery processing and hosting projects. He will ensure iDS continues to provide timely processing along with accurate client information for review and production in their litigation matters. Shuart has more than 25 years of application development, business process analysis and software implementation experience.

Prior to joining iDS, Shuart was an implementation consultant at Aderant, the world's largest independent legal software company. While there, he developed and executed strategies for project management, software implementation, and improvements of current business practices to transition law firms to integrated case management and accounting software. He worked with two U.S. Federal Appellate Courts in Washington, D.C before Aderant. Shuart has been a speaker on best practices for case management, enabling technology, and in-house software development. He was recently featured in a legal peer review article on how to manage a major software implementation. Shuart graduated from the University of Maryland with degrees in economics and finance.
