iDiscovery Solutions Hires Brian Kim as Project Manager and Caitlin Kahler as Project Coordinator

Along with these additions, iDS has hired several new experts in recent months to oversee clients' electronic discovery and computer forensics projects from initial planning stages through delivery.
Kim is a former practicing attorney who most recently was a senior consultant with Clearwell Systems, where he implemented the company's e-Discovery platform and advised clients on best practices for the application of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and compliance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. He also held roles with FTI Consulting, AHC, Inc., and Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel. Kim has a J.D. from Seton Hall University's School of Law in New Jersey, and a B.A. in Biology and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
Before joining iDS, Kahler was a paralegal with the Washington, D.C. office of Gilbert LLP. While there, she was the lead paralegal on numerous cases involving hundreds of millions of dollars in disputed insurance coverage and managed multi-state collection of more than 10 million electronic and hard copy documents, which involved coordinating with associates, clients, and co-counsel, as well as overseeing staff, external vendors, and other third parties. She holds B.A. degrees in History, Criminal Justice, and Political Science from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
