iDeals Solutions Announces the Opening of its Miami Office
MIAMI - iDeals, the international supplier of secure online data rooms, this week announces the opening of its Miami office.
- (1888PressRelease) April 20, 2012 - Located in the center of Miami's Brickell Financial District, the office is already serving banking, legal and corporate clients located in North America, the Caribbean and Latin America. All of iDeals products and services are being sold from the Miami office including its flagship product: iDeals Virtual Data Room (VDR).
iDeals Solutions already has an office in New York and sizable client bases in London, Moscow and Hong Kong. The decision to establish an office in Miami was made in recognition of the US city's close connections to the Latin American/Caribbean markets. Because of this central location, the office will serve as iDeals' main headquarters in the Americas.
Initial interest and early mandates from the Miami office suggest that restructuring, real estate investment banking and private equity clients will complement iDeals' track record of success in supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
In Europe, the iDeal's VDR (virtual data room) product has become popular, especially with sell-side M&A advisors in the mining, energy and utilities sectors. iDeals has developed a particular dominance in the Eastern European and Russian speaking region: in 2011, Moscow-based advisors mandated iDeals as their data room provider in over 85% of the region's M&A transactions.
