- (1888PressRelease) January 19, 2012 - "With her strong business background, coupled with experience as a facilitator on many of our problem-solving challenges, Sue has the knowledge and experience to carry our services forward," says Scott Wurtle, founder and CEO.
Before taking on this role in sales and business development, Adams had the opportunity to work on a number of IdeaConnection "challenges" in the capacity of facilitator>, which has allowed her a unique insight into how the company works, how to work with a global team of experts, and how those experts solve problems for IdeaConnection's clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
When Adams first discovered IdeaConnection, she was fascinated with its website and immediately subscribed to the newsletter. "I read it thoroughly for about a year and noticed they were looking for facilitators, so I applied," says Adams. "I worked on quite a few challenges and when the opportunity arose to work with the business development team, I jumped at the chance."
