ICEXL London Branch Awarded The Seal Of Frontline Service
ICEXL, London Branch received the Seal of Frontline Service Excellence in from the BBB Public Service Delivery Audit/Assistance during the awarding ceremony held last October 5, 2012.
- (1888PressRelease) October 11, 2012 - The award is given to institutions with frontline services garnering an excellent rating in demonstrating the value of customer care and meeting the expectations of the transacting public for prompt, courteous, responsive, facilitative and pleasant service. The Audit was conducted from January to August 2012 in 116 frontline services of different agencies and local units in the United Kingdom. ICEXL London Branch was also given a Certificate of Appreciation for having garnered a rating of Very Good in servicing applications for new accounts, trading exchange transactions as well as collections and payments agencies.
The award has inspired Corporate Development Resources Department to make a similar internal services audit to ensure that all other offices follow this significant milestone in the firm's trading services.
