Icertis Adds Former Cisco Veteran as Senior Vice President of Customer Success on Heels of Rapid Global Expansion
Sanjay Goel Joins Growing Management Team to Build On Worldwide Customer Success of the Icertis Contract Management Platform.

With deep experience in product support and services for technology companies including Cisco, Nortel, and Telcordia, Sanjay will lead the direction and worldwide growth of Icertis' Customer Success team. The addition of Sanjay adds to the company's recent expansion of its leadership team, which includes the appointment of Seth Nesbitt as Chief Marking Officerand Nagi Prabhu as Chief Product Officer.

Prior to joining Icertis, Sanjay spent 16 years at Cisco Technical Services, where he had many diverse roles with increasing responsibilities. Most recently as Director of Global Repair, Goel spearheaded global repair enablement, engineering, quality, audits and contracts for all Cisco products. In addition, Goel held various senior level positions at Cisco, and led the creation of strategic and tactical plans for new proactive and predictive service elements to rejuvenate its $3 billion technical services business. Goel has also held leadership positions at Telcordia and Nortel.
