IACMusic.com's ProPodcast - a unique promotional tool for bands and artists
IACMusic now launching a new features that artist can enjoy and as well the members.
- (1888PressRelease) August 09, 2010 - The IAC ProPodcast is a new and exclusive promotional feature offered to all IACmusic.com bands and artists. It consists of an eight to ten minute professionally-crafted interview with the artist, introduced by an announcer, with clips of the artist's songs interspersed throughout.
The interview with the artist is conducted by a professional IAC podcaster/producer. Upon ordering, the artist will be contacted by the producer who will arrange the date and time for the interview and determine what topics the artist would like to cover. Songs the artist would like included are selected by the artist; at least one song on the IAC site must be included. If songs not yet on IAC are to be included as well, the producer will make arrangements with the artist to obtain mp3 files of those songs.
Here is an example of an IAC ProPodcast created for IAC Artist Aimee Terrin:

Roughly one to three weeks after the interview is concluded, the IAC ProPodcast will be delivered to the artist as an mp3 file by email, and will also be made available for the public on the artist page unless the artist chooses not. The ProPodact can then be used for promotion on the artist's own website, Facebook, MySpace, blog, or anywhere on the web.
