Just Announced! Knuckles Sports Bar in Monterey has just launched a new menu!
- Salinas, CA (1888PressRelease) July 10, 2012 - The Hyatt Regency Monterey Hotel and Spa General Manager Steve McNally announced today Knuckles Sports Bar Monterey, the family oriented bar that is a long-time fixture for local sports fans in the Monterey Bay area, will launch a new menu on July 2nd beginning at 4:00 p.m.
New menu items include:
Pre-Game Starters:
Warm Castroville Artichoke and Spinach Flat Bread, The classic dip of Spinach and Artichokes served warm on Seasoned Flat Bread
The Main Event Entrees:
Knuckles Salmon, Herb Roasted Filet of Salmon with Fingerling Potatoes,
Seasonal Vegetables and Roasted Pineapple Relish (All Salmon is Wild Caught or Responsibly Farmed)
Warm Ruben Sandwich, Shaved Corned Beef, Guinness Braised Cabbage, and Aged Swiss Cheese
Blackened Albacore Tuna Sandwich with Tomato, Cucumber, Onion Relish, Wasabi Aioli, Ciabatta Bun. Wild caught in Hawaiian Waters
Create your own pizza with a variety of toppings, also available with Gluten-free crust
Post Game Dessert:
Warm Apple and Brandy Bread Pudding a la mode, A rich moist dessert with Apples, Nuts and Raisins, served warm with Hδagen Daz Vanilla Ice Cream and Caramel Sauce
Mile High Ice Cream Pie Oreo Cookie Crust Stacked High with Vanilla Swiss Almond and Chocolate Hδagen Daz Ice Cream, Topped with Whipped Cream, Toasted Almonds and Hot Fudge

Knuckles Sports Bar is also offering Sierra Nevada 3 ounce sampling trays for $6.50 per tray. Diners can currently taste Blond Ale, Brown Ale, Pale Ale, Harvest Ale and Torpedo Ale.
There are 5 Sierra Nevada beers on tap: Northern Hemisphere Harvest, Torpedo Extra IPA, Pale Ale, Blonde Ale, Brown Ale and an 20 assorted cold beers on tap.
24 Flat Screen HDTV's (One that is an 83"HDTV)
