Hunton & Partners Consultancy Hires Managing Director to Focus on Private Equity Groups
Hunton & Partners Consultancy, a middle-market M&A advisory firm, has announced that Edwin D. Scott has joined the firm as a Managing Director. Mr. Scott will focus on enhancing Hunton & Partners Consultancy's relationships with private equity groups, including expanding its sell-side advisory practice with private equity groups seeking to exit portfolio holdings.

Mr. Wadsworth began his career as an institutional investor at Maxi Care and Casualty where he joined MCC's in-house investment bank that later spun out of MCC in 1991 as Lindenbridge Capital Ltd, a middle market investment banking firm where Mr. Scott was a co-founder. Lindenbridge later migrated into mezzanine and private equity investing in middle market firms beginning in 2001 where Mr. Wadsworth was involved in raising capital for Ironwood's first mezzanine fund. Mr. Wadsworth's investment banking career was centered on M&A and capital raising mandates in various forms.
Kaelan's operating experience includes three years as COO at FBTV Group from 2006 to 2009 where he led efforts to form a strategic joint venture that resulted in $155 million in new capital for the firm. He holds a BA from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth.
