Hunting for a new talent like Sachin Tendulkar in Indian slums
CFCT India - an NGO who is helping the budding cricketers who have talent but not getting proper guidance to enhance it.

Mr. Rajesh Pundir, a former Indian government employee has set up this NGO and is entirely dedicated to help slum children to take their hobby to a higher level. When he was interviewed by BBC's Kinjal Pandya he mentioned that his only aim is to get these slum children a professional platform where they can live their dream. He is focused on setting up a Slum Cricket Academy and organizing Slum Cricket League where these children can show their talent and can be appreciated by professionals that despite of all odds they have the confidence to show their talent.
Mr. Rajesh Pundir is a very genuine person who is whole heartedly working for slum people. BBC being such a big name felt the gesture showed by Mr. Rajesh Pundir and interviewed him to know his thoughts regarding the betterment of slum people and his plans for future work.
