Hummingbird Expands Customer Service Team with Stephen Dennison Appointment
Hummingbird Sensing Technology enhances customer service, consolidating the operation in a central time zone that will benefit customers in EMEA, the Americas, Russia and India.
- (1888PressRelease) April 16, 2015 - Crowborough, UK - Hummingbird Sensing Technology, a leading manufacturer of gas sensing technologies for medical and industrial markets, has expanded its Customer Service team with the appointment of Stephen Dennison as a dedicated Customer Services Representative.
Working directly with the manufacturing team at the facility headquartered at Crowborough in the UK, Stephen has control of customer orders, enquiries and service. He brings a wealth of technical experience and customer care experience to the role, having previously worked as a Research & Development scientist specialising in chemistry and materials and latterly for Harvard Apparatus as Technical Sales Coordinator in the UK.
Domininc Corsale, General Manager Hummingbird Sensing Technologies, said: "Stephen's appointment is part of the company strategy to enhance customer service to all our customers, in particular by consolidating the operation in a central time zone that will benefit customers in EMEA, the Americas, Russia and India.
Customer service will now be handled directly with the Technical Centre in the UK, rather than through Hummingbird's Regional facilities first, while customers with online KanBan portals will now benefit from direct communication with Hummingbird production team. Stephen will also manage safety stock at the UK Technical Centre."
